  • Entitled to retro pay back to date of hire
  • Met at Level 2
  • HR completing list of affected members

 

  1. (D-1, 2019).  Payroll not complying with ULP
  • Clerks have not received pay for Bachelors Degree as negotiated 
  • Met at Level 2 – not resolved as of this writing
  • Move to Level 3 for January 15th
  • RESOLVED per MOA of December 12, 2019
